Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sabum AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Sabum AI is an AI-powered mobile application that analyzes Taekwondo technique videos and provides automated feedback including scoring, frame-by-frame analysis, drill recommendations, and training plans for both ITF and WT styles.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

AI analysis is for training guidance and educational purposes only. It does not replace instruction from a certified Taekwondo instructor. Always train under qualified supervision. Sabum AI is not responsible for injuries sustained during training based on AI-generated feedback.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY

Taekwondo involves physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of performing the exercises and drills suggested. If you have any medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional before following any training recommendations.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code or AI analysis methods
• Upload content that is violent, harmful, illegal, or unrelated to martial arts training
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or promotional code terms
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App's analysis output

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Play Store settings
• Free trial periods convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, and technology in Sabum AI are the intellectual property of Sabum AI. You retain ownership of videos you upload. AI-generated analysis results are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated analysis, scores, or recommendations.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabum AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
