Sabum AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED

Sabum AI does not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any personal information to use the app. We identify your device solely by a randomly generated device identifier stored locally on your device.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Device Identifier: A randomly generated anonymous ID stored on your device. This is not linked to your identity.
• Video Content: Videos you upload for technique analysis. These are processed by our AI partner for analysis only and are deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, review, or share your videos.
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics such as which features are used and app performance metrics. This data cannot identify you personally.
• Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To provide AI-powered technique analysis and feedback
• To track your review usage and enforce plan limits
• To deliver personalized drills and training plans
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

VIDEO PROCESSING

When you upload a video for analysis, it is sent to our secure server, processed by our AI analysis service, and deleted immediately after the analysis is complete. Your video exists on our server for seconds, not days. We do not store, archive, or review your videos. The AI-generated analysis (scores, feedback, drills) is returned to your device and stored locally.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services to provide our app:

• AI Analysis Provider: Video frames are sent to our AI partner for technique analysis. The AI provider processes this data according to their own privacy policy and retains API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. This data is not used for model training.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: Handles all payment processing for subscriptions and credit packs.
• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and entitlements.

DATA STORAGE

All your app data — scores, achievements, progress, drills, and settings — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. We do not maintain a user database. If you delete the app, your local data is permanently removed.

DATA SHARING

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not serve advertisements. We do not track you across apps or websites.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Sabum AI is designed for users of all ages including children training in Taekwondo. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since no account or personal information is required, children can use the app safely under parental supervision.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can delete all your local app data at any time using the "Start Fresh" option in the app's Profile settings. Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no server-side data to request or delete.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
