END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Sabum AI ("Licensor") for the use of the Sabum AI mobile application ("App").

1. LICENSE GRANT

Sabum AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial Taekwondo training purposes.

2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Use the App to develop a competing product or service

3. OWNERSHIP

The App and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Sabum AI. You retain ownership of videos you upload. AI-generated analysis output is licensed for personal use only.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The App offers subscription-based access to premium features managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

5. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze technique videos. AI-generated content including scores, feedback, drills, and training plans is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Sabum AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

6. VIDEO PROCESSING

Videos uploaded for analysis are processed on our servers and deleted immediately after analysis is complete. By uploading a video, you confirm that you have the right to share the video content.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL SABUM AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, cease all use of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11. APPLE-SPECIFIC TERMS

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this EULA is between you and Sabum AI only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA.
